Matrix Internet is looking for a Remote Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team.
We are looking for a self-starter who is ready to jump into a diverse role with a large portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for strategy, implementation, creation, and delivery of paid search marketing campaigns across a variety of marketing projects with a diverse range of clients.
We are looking for someone who will put a strong focus on achieving the best return for our clients, reaching and exceeding all agreed KPIs and someone who can independently strategise and optimise ads to ensure a high conversion rate for all campaigns.
You will be expected to understand all areas of paid ads, including implementation and optimisation, as well as an ability to set up campaigns in a speedy manner.
This role requires someone who can work at a fast pace efficiently and communicate well with the team and with clients. You will be strong on presentation skills and ideally be a self-starter with leadership skills.
The tasks involved in the job will include:
Create, manage, and track Search campaigns on Google Ads
Collaborate closely with clients to define objectives and ensure adherence to agreed roadmaps.
Monitor budgets and adjust bids to maximise ROI.
Track KPIs to assess performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Prepare and present monthly reports that include KPIs, insights, and next steps.
Maintain daily communication with clients to review campaign performance, propose innovative strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Deliver customer insight reports that enhance understanding of client customers and business performance, driving their marketing strategies
The key qualifications and abilities we are looking for are:
Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in paid search within an agency.
Proven track record of success in delivering results through the funnel of paid search strategies.
Professional level of English: You must be able to write and proofread ads in a manner consistent with the client’s brand values and mission.
Expertise in launching, setting up, managing, and optimising Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads & Microsoft), including tracking via GTM. Bonus points for experience with LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
A strong understanding of Google Analytics is essential.
Omni-channel approach: Knowledge of broader digital strategies and how Paid Search fits into the bigger picture is highly desirable.
