Job Description
Job title: Regional EHS Manager - EMEA
Reports to: Lead Regional EHS Manager - EMEA
Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland based)
Salary: €85,000 - 100,000
About our team
We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account that spans across 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we pride ourselves in delivering best-in-class solutions through our teams made up of Security Operations, Shared Services, Threat and Incident Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Human Resources. As part of this team, you’ll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation.
About the role
The Regional Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager provides safety systems management, customer management, and EHS support for the Datacenter Physical Security program across the EMEA region, helping to strengthen and maintain a consistent safety culture within the global program. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent presentation skills and incident management experience.
What you’ll do
You will play a key role in driving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives across the EMEA region, working in close coordination with the global EHS team. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and present on EHS information and cascade other communications materials. This position also serves as a key point-of-contact for safety documentation and information sharing between site-based and PMO-based personnel. You’ll also be required to travel up to 40% of the time, domestically and internationally, occasionally with limited notice.
In this role, you’ll coordinate safety projects across teams such as Training, Technical Communications, and Operations Program Management, and be responsible for maintaining accurate reports using Power BI and Excel. Duties also include managing document retention, supporting client and internal meetings, and conducting annual reviews of safety-related documents with stakeholders. You’ll help identify areas for process improvement and work with the client to resolve EHS related concerns, always maintaining a customer service mindset. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Lead Regional EHS Manager to support the overall success of the program.
Qualifications
What you need to apply
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in Environment, Health and Safety, along with tertiary qualification – ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, or a related field. A solid understanding and working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations is essential. Working knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety requirements across multiple EMEA jurisdictions is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, particularly in Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong competencies in communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll get
We offer more than just a job — we offer the chance to be part of a supportive, collaborative team where your growth and contributions truly matter. In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working on a prestigious multinational client account, giving you firsthand exposure to global operations and cross-regional collaboration. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll enjoy opportunities to travel both locally and internationally.
We’re committed to employee development, with access to continuous learning, training programs, and career growth pathways designed to help you succeed and advance.
The extra stuff
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right to work in the country of employment. A valid passport or ability to obtain a passport immediately is essential. Candidates must also be willing to undergo the company’s pre-employment. You’ll also need to be comfortable with the need to work evening or weekend hours when a safety incident or other emergency occurs.
