Join Our Growing Accountancy Practice – Belturbet, Co. Cavan
We are expanding our team and are now recruiting for the following roles:
- Accounts/Audit Senior
- Accounting Technician
- Payroll Administrator
- Bookkeeping and Support Staff
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, independent accountancy practice with a strong reputation for client service, personal relationships, and professional development.
Why Join Us?
We believe in offering more than just a job – we provide a career in a supportive and professional environment:

· Varied and interesting work across SMEs, farmers, and owner-managed businesses
· Support for professional exams and career progression
· Flexible working arrangements (where appropriate)
· Genuine work-life balance
· Friendly, close-knit team environment
· Modern systems and cloud-based accounting platforms
· Convenient Belturbet location – no commuting to Dublin or large urban centres
In a competitive market, candidates now prioritise flexibility, career development, and work-life balance alongside salary — we are committed to delivering all three.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Desire to build a long-term career in accountancy
What Makes Us Different
Unlike large corporate practices:
- You build real relationships with clients
- You see the full lifecycle of work – not just one task
- You are part of a team that values you
- You have input and visibility, not just process work
We have built a strong, well-established team with very low staff turnover, and we are now looking to add like-minded, capable individuals who will complement our culture and contribute to our continued growth. We pride ourselves on being a place where people enjoy working and developing their careers.
