ABOUT THE ROLE

Kevin O’Leary Group has been a trusted name in the retail motor industry since 1963, operating multiple locations across Munster and employing over 180 people. Our Bandon dealership is currently undergoing a full redevelopment and has expanded its franchise portfolio with the addition of Renault, Renault Commercials and Dacia, alongside our established Opel and Mazda brands. We also operate a thriving used vehicle business and a busy aftersales department — making this an exciting time to join our team.

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to be a key part of our expanding sales team. You will play a leading role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets across new and used vehicles, finance products, insurance, warranties, and accessories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve volume sales of new and used vehicles while maintaining target margins
  • Build lasting customer relationships and develop new business through proactive prospecting
  • Maximise profitability through the sale of finance, insurance, warranty and accessories products
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all brands and key competitor offerings

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a car sales role with a proven track record
  • Relevant experience selling finance and finance products
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English — written and spoken
  • Full, clean driving licence — current and valid
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • A background in maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new contacts is essential
  • Experience with a leading volume franchise is a distinct advantage

EDUCATION

Leaving Certificate required; a relevant third-level qualification or equivalent industry experience is preferred.

SALARY & BENEFITS

On-target earnings: €60,000 – €90,000 per annum

Basic salary plus uncapped commission. The following benefits are also included:
