We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice, independence and wellbeing for people with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injury and autism. The role involves supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals, maintain their health and safety, develop daily living skills, and lead full and valued lives, while also providing coaching, mentoring and shift leadership to staff. Applicants must hold a Level 6 Social Care qualification with 3 years’ relevant experience, a relevant degree with 2 years’ experience, or have 4 years’ experience in a health and social care setting, including at least 1 year supporting people with an intellectual disability, acquired brain injury or autism, and possess a full valid EU/EEA driving licence.
