Location: Browns Brasserie, Brown Thomas, O'Connell Street, Limerick
Job Type: Day Time Flexible (Part-Time, 8-15 hours Available)
Start Date: Immediate or Flexible Start
Experience: Previous experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing tables efficiently
  • Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and elegant setting
  • Ensuring guests feel well cared for and providing an unforgettable dining experience
  • Working with a collaborative team to maintain high service standards
  • Assisting with side duties, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
  • Experience in a busy restaurant is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided
