The Menu Cakery – Cork
Wednesday to Sunday

The Menu Cakery is a busy, independent café and bakery serving high-quality cakes, coffee and bakes. We’re currently looking for areliable and capable all-rounder to join our team.

This role suits someone who is confident out front with customers, comfortable making great coffee, and happy to lend a hand in the kitchen when needed.

The Role

You will be working across:

  • Front-of-house service and cake sales
  • Barista duties (training provided if needed)
  • Assisting in the kitchen with prep and operations, cleaning and general support
  • Keeping the shop clean, organised and running smoothly

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, so flexibility and a good attitude are essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a café, bakery or hospitality setting (1 year)
  • Comfortable dealing with customers and taking initiative
  • Able to multitask and switch between front shop and kitchen
  • Reliable, punctual and works well as part of a team
  • Available Wednesday to Sunday, or Friday - Sunday at a minimum

Barista experience is an advantage, but not essential for the right person, kitchen/bakery experience can greatly benefit.
