Job: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Dublin 2

Working arrangement: Hybrid 3 days onsite

Salary: 65-85k

Type: Permanent Contract

We are working closely with a scaling well-funded business who are shaking up the financial services and banking sectors with there innovative platform that will help millions of customers. They are truly dedicated to transforming the financial services landscape with innovative digital solutions.

We are looking for a talented Service Delivery Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, working directly with customers to ensure their needs are met. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and address issues ensuring project success.

For the role you will be responsible for:

  • The SDM will be the go face for the business to the client for delivery of our managed service
  • Coordination of onsite resources to ensure incidents and changes are being managed in line with the customers expectations
  • Management Reporting including MBRs with Operations Management Team, QBR with Engineering team and Daily ad hoc reporting
  • Representation at CAB and management of the CAB process
  • Development of internal programs to delivery service requirements
  • Continual Service Improvement
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of delivery team
  • Implementation of change control process across all services to ensure changes are delivered in line with best practice and service revenue is maximised
  • Ensure all processes and technologies are documented and kept up to date
  • Ensure reporting is documented, automated and in line with client requirements
  • Management of upgrades and patching as required

Ideally you will have the below experience:

  • An ITIL certified and have experience with operational management in an enterprise customer setting and have excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a Service Delivery Manager Role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with large enterprise clients
  • Background in IT Technologies
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in Fintech and/or SaaS, particularly within highly regulated environments, is a distinct advantage.
  • Relevant Agile certifications highly desirable.
