  • Drive organisational change and user adoption by providing leadership with clear reporting on training completion, platform utilisation, business readiness and adoption outcomes.
  • Plan and lead all cutover and go-live activities, ensuring service continuity, effective communications, risk mitigation and successful transition to the new platform.
  • Track programme benefits and ROI, including operational efficiencies, revenue recovery opportunities, productivity improvements and grant compliance reporting.
  • Oversee the retirement of legacy systems, ensuring a controlled decommissioning process and seamless transition to the target technology platform.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading at least one full lifecycle business systems implementation (PSA, ERP, CRM or similar), from discovery and design through to go-live, hypercare and successful business adoption.
  • Strong programme and project governance skills, including planning, risk and issue management (RAID), budget oversight, decision tracking and stakeholder reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality standards and business outcomes.
  • Experience coordinating complex data migration, testing and user acceptance activities within live operational environments while minimising business disruption.
  • Proven ability to lead organisational change across multi-site businesses, driving stakeholder engagement, user adoption and successful business readiness.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and work effectively with both technical teams and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing scope, change requests, budgets and supplier relationships throughout large-scale transformation programmes.
Benefits:
