What You’ll Do:
As a Quality Analyst, you'll specialize compliance streams:

  • The Scaled Regulatory Operations (SRO) team ensures our client's compliance with local laws and regulations. The mission is to design, build, and scale operational solutions to address the ever-evolving regulatory landscape. In this role you will ensure regulatory compliance, design and implement scalable operational solutions, mitigate risks associated with non-compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • The Privacy Operations team is supporting our client’s platforms (focus on ensuring that user data privacy requests - such as data access, deletion and portability - are correctly implemented, tested and aligned with global privacy regulations. This includes market-specific requirements in regions such as the EU (GDPR), the US (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil (LGPD) and others. This function is essential for ensuring that our client’s privacy tools for users and back-end workflows are functioning properly, meeting compliance obligations, and maintaining user confidence in various markets.
  • Intellectual property Operations team: Responsible for independently investigating and validating cases across copyright, trademark, counterfeit, and brand rights protection workflows, ensuring adherence to global regulations including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The role involves identifying policy gaps, performing root cause analysis, and recommending improvements to policies and processes. You will be utilizing internal tools and external resources for verification of trademark registrations and validation of copyright claims, while providing regular feedback to QA team leads and policy experts. You will be collaborating with global teams to ensure consistent quality standards and effective protection of intellectual property rights.
What We're Looking For:
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for catching non-compliance and inconsistencies.
  • Decision-Maker: You’re comfortable making quick, informed decisions based on guidelines.
  • Organized: You excel at managing workflows and maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Strong Communicator: You can articulate complex issues clearly and professionally.
