We’re proud to be a certified B Corp, one of the most sustainable restaurant groups in the industry, and to have raised over £1 million for Action Against Hunger — all while being recognised as one of the Best Companies to work for, year after year.
As a Sommelier at Hawksmoor, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, bringing our wine list to life with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality. • Guide guests through the wine list with thoughtful recommendations and pairings
  • Support the Wine Manager with the day-to-day running of the wine programme
  • Share knowledge with the FOH team through tastings and informal training
  • Help maintain cellar organisation, stock control and service standards
Who You Are
  • Experienced as a Sommelier, or a senior FOH team member with strong wine knowledge
  • Passionate about wine and excited to keep learning and developing
  • Warm, approachable and confident talking to guests
  • Calm and organised in a busy service environment
  • A team player who takes pride in delivering great hospitality

  • Hit Hawksmoor Standards – We care deeply about quality and consistency, every day.
  • Keep Evolving – We stay curious, open to feedback and always looking to improve.
Benefits
  • 30 days’ holiday (including service charge)
  • Free staff meals on shift + 50% off when dining with friends and families
  • Paid overtime on salaries
  • Income protection & death-in-service cover
  • Paid annual volunteer days
  • Wagestream early wage access and financial wellbeing tools
  • Referral bonuses from day one
  • Exclusive savings on travel, shopping & experiences
  • Restaurant welfare budget for snacks, drinks & support
  • Full training package, including WSET and leadership development

We’re building a team that reflects the richness and diversity of the communities we serve.
