About the Role

We are currently partnering with a leading Irish organisation in the food services sector to recruit an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to play a key role in supporting senior leadership within a dynamic and growing business.

The position is based onsite in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, offering a stable, full-time permanent role with excellent career development potential.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director..
  • Take responsibility for managing specific projects as required.
  • To have responsibility on sourcing and tendering for new commercial opportunites.
  • Build and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
  • Anticipate departmental needs and proactively identify and resolve issues to support smooth operations.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in managing in commercial activities, ideally supporting a senior leader in a commercial environment.
  • A Level 7 qualification or greater in Business, Administration, PR, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A positive solutions based attitude.
  • A excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently apply business processes and protocols
