Full job description
We are recruiting Process Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading healthcare companies through a unique managed staffing programme.
The Role:
As a Process Technician, you will support automated manufacturing equipment to maximise performance, quality, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimise manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
- Support preventative and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose equipment and process issues
- Perform equipment adjustments and changeovers
- Work with Engineering on continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Requirements:
- Level 6 qualification (minimum 120 credits) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
- Experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, or technical environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts
