We are looking for an experienced Shuttering Carpenter Foreman to join our growing construction team.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in formwork and shuttering, who can lead a team on site, coordinate daily activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Job Details

  • Pay: €30.00 per hour (starting rate)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and supervising shuttering and formwork operations on site.
  • Leading and managing a team of carpenters and construction workers.
  • Organising daily workloads and coordinating site activities.
  • Reading and understanding construction drawings.
  • Ensuring work is completed safely and to the required standard.
  • Liaising with site management and other trades.
  • Maintaining productivity and keeping projects on schedule.

Requirements

  • Strong, proven experience in shuttering and formwork.
  • Previous experience in a Foreman or supervisory role.
  • Good knowledge of construction drawings and setting out.
  • Experience with steel fixing and concrete works.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to lead by example.

Pay: From €30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
