Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience working with customers in Italy.
- Experience in a sales role in a technology and cloud computing environment.
- Ability to communicate in Italian fluently to engage with customers in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technology sales, focused on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.
- Experience working with a tiered channel and partners as well as directly with customers, owning the full business-cycle.
- Experience in Cloud/SaaS working with SMB and mid-market customers.
- Experience promoting Google Workspace or productivity tools in EMEA.
About the job
As a Google Workspace Sales Specialist focused on renewals and expansion sales, you will help us grow our Workspace business by maintaining and growing relationships with our existing customer base. You will work with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. You will accelerate Google Workspace business growth by engaging with our clients, building internal/external alignment, and successfully managing opportunities in an overlay model to the field sales organization. You will also prospect, qualify, develop, and facilitate Google Workspace opportunities for growth through cloud driven business transformation. You will build a pipeline and work with account teams to create customer solutions and drive agreements. You will lead day-to-day relationships with external customer stakeholders, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing Google Cloud customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
