Servisource Healthcare is currently recruiting Social Care Workers for exciting opportunities across healthcare settings in Dublin. REQUIREMENTS

  • QQI Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience working in social care, disability services, residential care, or community-based settings is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding practices.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maximise their independence.
  • Full, clean driver's licence and access to your own transport is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and sleepovers where required.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
  • Garda Vetting will be required as part of the recruitment process.

  • Assist with daily living activities and community participation.
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
