Job Summary

The Grade 5 Data Analyst will assist senior colleagues in the HDCO to collect and process large volumes of data and will assist and support best practices in ICT project management to deliver and operate ICT infrastructure, systems, and protocols. This includes programme tracking, real-time data capture, risk assessment and management of communication with various stakeholders related to the Delivery Homes Building Communities Housing Plan and any other programmes related to the delivery of social, affordable housing, voids, and planned maintenance including energy retrofitting. They will work within the Housing Delivery Coordination Office, which monitors the delivery pipelines for social and affordable housing targets, the Energy Retrofit programme along with voids and planned maintenance.
