Job Title: Marketing Manager - Hospitality Group

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic hospitality group, which includes a boutique hotel in Dunmore East, The Strand Inn, Artform art school, two gastro bars in Waterford & Dublin, The Riverside Cottage & The Dunmore. In addition, we have 2 new exciting projects coming on stream, with the development of a boutique hotel in Waterford and the transformation of the Saratoga Bar in Woodstown.

This role combines creative thinking with commercial insight, using data, emerging trends, and compelling storytelling to create impactful marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

The ideal candidate will oversee the marketing and promotion of all our businesses, with a focus on generating new business and creating compelling campaigns that highlight our unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the hospitality group, focusing on target markets for weddings, wellness breaks, relaxation weekends, and art courses.

- Identify opportunities for growth and new business development across all venues.

Campaign Development:

- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that promote the group’s businesses.

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content, including digital marketing materials, brochures, and social media posts.

Brand Management:

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

- Develop brand guidelines and oversee adherence to them across all social media platforms.

Digital Marketing:

- Manage the group’s online presence, including website updates, SEO, email marketing, and social media engagement.

- Analyse digital marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise reach and engagement.

Event Promotion:

- Design and promote special events, workshops, and packages to attract guests and enhance the customer experience.

- Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

- Utilise insights to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the operations team to align marketing initiatives with the group’s goals.

Reporting and Metrics:

- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media and SEO.

- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing content.

- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing brand awareness.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
