About the Role

As a CORU registered Social Care Worker, you'll deliver high-quality person-centred supports while providing shift leadership, mentoring colleagues and ensuring excellent professional practice across the service.

You'll combine direct support with leadership responsibilities, helping individuals achieve positive outcomes while supporting the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver person-centred supports

· Act as Key Worker

· Lead shifts when required

· Mentor Support Workers and students

· Maintain high standards of care

· Support HIQA compliance

· Promote safeguarding and quality improvement

· Work collaboratively with families and MDTs

Essential Requirements

· Level 7 Degree in Social Care (or equivalent)

· Current CORU Registration

· Experience working within disability or social care services

· Excellent communication skills

Desirable

· Shift leadership experience

· Student supervision experience

· Full driving licence
