We are looking for a passionate payroll professional to join our dynamic, international team as an EMEA Payroll Manager. This new role will play a crucial part in ensuring our accurate and compliant payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the assigned EMEA payrolls using our local, outsourced partners.

Lead and mentor a team of payroll analysts, providing guidance and training for their professional development.

Stay updated on payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements in the designated countries, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

Perform controls in accordance with SOX framework
-
Collaborate with Employee Success, Finance, and other internal partners to align payroll processes with overall business objectives.
-
Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve consistency, accuracy and efficiency across our operations.
-
Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data, maintaining data integrity and accuracy of employee records.
-
Build and maintain relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers.
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience as a Payroll Manager including delivery of payroll in multiple EMEA countries.
-
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws in relevant countries as per experience.
-
Familiarity with payroll systems and software, such as SAP or ADP.
-
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external partners.
-
Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in team management.
-
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
-
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
