Reach Forklift Driver & Warehouse Operative

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Reach Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable individual with strong warehouse experience and valid forklift licences to play a key role in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload vehicles (palletised and manual handling), primarily using Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Receive, check, and process goods inwards
• Unpack bags, boxes, pallets, crates, and other materials
• Allocate and store stock in designated warehouse locations
• Perform stock put-away into racked locations using a Reach forklift
• Maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems
• Complete administrative tasks and ensure documentation is filed correctly
• Pick, pack, and build pallets for customer orders
• Prepare orders for dispatch
• Carry out stocktaking and cycle counts
• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and contractors
• Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Sales, Finance, Administration, and Transport
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• (Keyholder responsibility) Secure the premises at end of day (locking, alarms, safety checks)

Requirements

• Valid and up-to-date licences for:
• Reach Truck (essential)
• Counterbalance Forklift
• PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
• Manual Handling
• Minimum 3 years’ warehouse experience within the last 5 years
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Full driving licence (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €32,000.00 per year
