Store Supervisor (Full-Time)

SPAR IFSC is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Store Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the store, work closely with the management team, and ensure high standards of customer service, presentation, and store operations are consistently maintained.

  • Support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Assist with staff training and development
  • Ensure high standards of merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation are maintained
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and health & safety procedures
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and departmental objectives
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures as required
  • Previous retail and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles would be beneficial
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, positive, and courteous manner
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high store standards
  • Dedicated to delivering excellent customer experiences in a busy retail environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment and willing to embrace new challenges
