Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Security Site Co-ordinator / Manager to oversee the day-to-day security operations at a pharmaceutical site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers on site.
- Provide leadership during incidents and emergency situations.
- Support staff training, development, and welfare.
- Manage rostering, daily operations, and routine site checks.
- Ensure compliance with site procedures and security requirements.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and operational records.
- Act as the main point of contact for site management, employees, and external stakeholders.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a security management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- The ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Good knowledge of security operations, incident response, and compliance requirements.
- A professional and proactive approach to site security.
Role Details
- Full-time position, 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday roster
- Salary: Up to €55,000 per annum
