Full job description
A leading Dublin Agency is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships, delivering exceptional digital experiences, and helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes. You'll play a key role in managing some of our most important client partnerships while working alongside an award-winning team of strategists, designers, developers and project managers.
We partner with many of Ireland's leading organisations to design, build and continuously improve ambitious digital platforms. We're looking for someone who is passionate about client success and enjoys combining strategic thinking with commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring consistently high levels of satisfaction
- Lead client meetings, strategic reviews and quarterly planning sessions
- Work closely with project managers, UX, design and development teams to deliver successful digital projects
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services and strategic initiatives
- Prepare proposals, scopes of work and commercial recommendations
- Monitor account performance, budgets and profitability
- Support and mentor junior members of the client services team
- Act as the voice of the client within Kooba while balancing commercial objectives
About You
- 4+ years' experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role
- Experience working within a digital, creative or technology agency
- Strong commercial awareness with experience growing existing client accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about digital strategy, user experience and delivering exceptional client service
- Experience presenting to senior client stakeholders would be an advantage
