Full job description

CSA Engineer | Dublin | €70,000–€85,000 + Benefits

Cornerstone Ireland are partnering with a leading engineering and construction contractor delivering major data centre projects across Ireland and Europe, and I’m looking to speak with CSA Engineers with a strong structural engineering bias for an opportunity in Dublin.

This is a great opportunity to join a business with a substantial pipeline of projects, a strong reputation for technical delivery and a collaborative environment where engineering teams work closely together to deliver complex projects to a high standard.

The Role

  • Coordinating Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) packages throughout project delivery.
  • Reviewing structural drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure compliance with design requirements.
  • Liaising with structural designers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical queries.
  • Monitoring structural works on site, ensuring they are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  • Identifying design discrepancies, managing RFIs and supporting the resolution of technical issues.
  • Coordinating interfaces between structural elements and wider CSA and MEP packages.
  • Supporting inspections, quality assurance and the overall progress of works.

What’s on Offer
✅ Salary of €70,000–€85,000, depending on experience
✅ Opportunity to work on major, technically challenging data centre projects
✅ Join a business with a strong pipeline of projects across Ireland and Europe
✅ Collaborative engineering teams and a strong focus on project delivery
✅ Excellent opportunities for long-term career progression
✅ Competitive benefits package

What I’m Looking For

I’m particularly interested in engineers with a strong structural engineering background or bias, rather than candidates whose experience is predominantly architectural or general construction coordination.

You should have experience working with structural packages, interpreting technical drawings, coordinating design and site activities, and resolving engineering queries. Experience in data centres would be beneficial, although candidates from other technically demanding construction environments will also be considered.

If you have a solid structural understanding and want to take the next step with a leading contractor delivering some of Europe's most complex construction projects, I'd be keen to speak with you.

Get in touch directly for a confidential discussion or send over your CV for further details.

Pay: €70,000.00-€85,000.00 per year
