About the Role

A dedicated Data Centre delivery partner providing full turnkey solutions across design, construction, and commissioning. We are seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to join our expanding digital engineering team. This role suits professionals with strong technical coordination expertise and a passion for high-performance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain accurate BIM models for major data centre projects.
  • Conduct clash detection and coordinate MEP, architectural, structural, and other design disciplines.
  • Maintain high levels of model data accuracy and project documentation.
  • Liaise closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve coordination issues.
  • Support BIM standards, workflows, and continuous process improvement.
  • Assist in reporting and digital project tracking as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role on large-scale projects.
  • Data Centre experience is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency in:
  • Revit (MEP bias preferred)
  • AutoCAD
  • Navisworks
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
  • Certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH, or discipline-specific qualifications are desirable.
