Candidates should have excellent organisational and planning skills; a trade background would be advantageous and an ability to work well within a team is essential

Roll will include and not be limited to

· Work closely with contract managers.

· Developing proficiency in the wide array of engineering software suites such as
Dialux & Amtech

· Analysis of design documentation to help in the identification of any scope gaps

· Complete technical submittals, RFIs, equipment registers and trackers

· Coordinating with team members from all disciplines on a project

· Attending client & site meetings

· Liaising with specialist contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved

· Reporting to the contract manager on project progress, risks and issues incl fortnightly progress reports.

· Review quality on site - walking down systems with project team to ensure compliance

· Overseeing complete operation and maintenance manuals
