Restaurant Manager – Yeah Burgr Ashbourne

Full-time | Ashbourne, Co. Meath

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to drive sales and lead our team at Yeah Burgr Ashbourne.

This is a working management role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a restaurant.

€18.50–€22.50 per hour, depending on experience, with 32–40 hours per week.

The Role

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team.
  • Maintain excellent food quality, customer service and cleanliness.
  • Manage staff rosters, daily operations and procedures.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team and owners.
  • Drive sales, customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee stock control, cash handling and cost management.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
