Your new company
Your new company is a public sector organisation. They are growing and looking for you to join them on an 8-month temporary basis. This company is conveniently located in Dublin's city centre, and is easily accessible via public transport, including LUAS. Hybrid working models are available.
Your new role
As personal assistant, you will provide a range of administrative support to the publications department. You will assist with publishing; marketing; event management; communication and publicity efforts. You will be responsible for diary management, arranging travel and taking minutes at meetings. You will assist with planning events, conferences and seminars. You will handle queries from both the public and internal stakeholders. Other duties will be assigned as they arise.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you must have experience in a similar PA or events coordinator/communications position. You will be organised with exceptional attention to detail, and you will have the ability to prioritise tasks. You will be a skilled communicator, both written and orally. You must be open to working on a temporary basis.
