Full job description

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Facilities Combined Services Manager* to lead the delivery of hard and soft facilities services for our pharmaceutical client in Monksland, Athlone.*

This is a site-based leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of maintenance, cleaning, projects and contractor management activities, while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving agreed service levels.

Working closely with the onsite team, the successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage budgets and performance, and ensure compliance with GMP, Health & Safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the onsite facilities team and specialist contractors.
  • Ensure delivery of all planned, reactive and project works in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Promote a strong Health & Safety and compliance culture across the site.
  • Oversee maintenance activities through the CMMS system and ensure timely close out of work orders.
  • Manage contractor performance, compliance and service delivery.
  • Support financial management and budget control for the contract.
  • Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with GMP, quality, environmental and safety requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and service enhancement initiatives.
  • Participate in the site's on-call rota as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar facilities management leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of facilities services within a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing both hard and soft services teams.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS), contractor management and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills and experience producing reports and performance metrics.
  • IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification and familiarity with ISO standards would be advantageous.
