About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering technical project work
- Project management and control
- Collaborating with Arthian technical groups to deliver multi-disciplinary projects in the Republic of Ireland
- Pioneering attitude to this unique opportunity to bring the Arthian brand to public and private work in the Republic of Ireland

About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Consultancy track record (proven experience in a sustainability role)
- Track record of sustainability project delivery in the ROI (experience of food and drink and/or tourism sectors and supply chain support, experience of manufacturing industry support)
- Awareness of EU and Irish environmental regulations
- Sustainability reporting / data collection/ analysis and interpretation
- Commercial growth mindset (at a level appropriate to your career stage) – to support development of workstreams and influence successful growth.
- Excellent IT skills and use of Microsoft packages
- Business skills and excellent market awareness
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
- People-person, sociable and well-networked
- A pro-active “can do” person
- The above likely to come from proven experience in the sector
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Commercial consultancy skills to support delivery and business growth
- Successful track record of winning work including in ROI
- Internal ISO 14001 (or similar) auditor
- Knowledge of the Origin Green sustainability programme
- On-site/ off-site auditing
- Coaching and mentoring skills (internal/ external)
- Supply chain / procurement sustainability engagement
- Circular economy and carbon management awareness
- Data analysis
- Sustainability strategy development and delivery
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional qualifications in this field
- Degree and/or Masters in related topic
Additional information
- The role may require travel (including occasional overnight stays) across the island of Ireland, the UK and overseas, depending on project requirements
- A full clean driving licence is desirable
- Legal right to live and work in the ROI is required
