We’re Hiring: Talent Recruiter

Are you a people person with a knack for spotting great talent? Atlantic Care is looking for a Talent Recruiter to join our team in Sligo.

As our Talent Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in growing our team and finding the caregivers who bring our mission to life.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Engaging with candidates across Sligo, attending job fairs, and connecting with people in the community.
- Coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
- Representing Atlantic Care at events and building relationships that strengthen our team.
- Identifying and recruiting dedicated caregivers who embody our core values.

What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with great communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- A team player who can work independently and isn’t afraid of a bit of travel around Sligo and Leitrim
- A genuine, people-focused approach to recruitment.

- Someone with a Full clean driving licence as mileage will be paid for all travel
