Full job description

Our client, a global organisation with a strong presence in Dublin City Centre, is currently seeking a TA Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a fast paced, client facing role supporting a high volume recruitment function across EMEA. It is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well known international environment and work alongside a high performing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews 35 to 50 per week including telephone and face to face
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, agencies and the HR team
  • Greeting candidates onsite and ensuring a professional and seamless interview experience
  • Advertising and uploading vacancies across job boards
  • Managing and maintaining candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies and key stakeholders
  • Managing temporary and contractor renewals and extensions
  • Updating recruitment data and systems accurately
  • Supporting with induction packs and onboarding processes

About You

  • Previous experience in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
  • Comfortable in a client facing role
  • Experience in recruitment, administration, or a customer facing role such as reception would all be considered
  • Additional languages would be an advantage but are not essential

Additional Information

  • Hybrid working with at least 3 days onsite in Dublin City Centre
  • Flexibility required to attend onsite when candidates are scheduled
  • Supporting recruitment activity across EMEA
  • Immediate start preferred
