Full job description
Our client, a global organisation with a strong presence in Dublin City Centre, is currently seeking a TA Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a fast paced, client facing role supporting a high volume recruitment function across EMEA. It is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well known international environment and work alongside a high performing HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews 35 to 50 per week including telephone and face to face
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, agencies and the HR team
- Greeting candidates onsite and ensuring a professional and seamless interview experience
- Advertising and uploading vacancies across job boards
- Managing and maintaining candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies and key stakeholders
- Managing temporary and contractor renewals and extensions
- Updating recruitment data and systems accurately
- Supporting with induction packs and onboarding processes
About You
- Previous experience in a busy, fast paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between tasks
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
- Comfortable in a client facing role
- Experience in recruitment, administration, or a customer facing role such as reception would all be considered
- Additional languages would be an advantage but are not essential
Additional Information
- Hybrid working with at least 3 days onsite in Dublin City Centre
- Flexibility required to attend onsite when candidates are scheduled
- Supporting recruitment activity across EMEA
- Immediate start preferred
