FSL Group - Field Sales Representative

For over 35 years, FSL has been designing and manufacturing wireless controls and custom electronic solutions from our base in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone. We successfully export across Europe and are now looking for an experienced to grow our business in the Republic of Ireland.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have end-to-end sales responsibility for the Republic of Ireland market. You’ll identify, target and convert opportunities for our products within various Industries including, but not limited to;

Electronics: Construction & Quarrying, Material Handling, Industrial Automation, Agriculture & Forestry. Including electrical integrators who supply to these industries.

Scoreboards: Various sports clubs including GAA, Rugby, Cricket & Bowls.

You’ll carry out product demonstrations and site visits, prepare quotations, manage your pipeline in the CRM and follow deals through to order.

As well as winning new customers, you’ll manage existing accounts for growth.

You’ll keep the Sales Director updated with regular sales reports and forecasts, and work with production to satisfy customer requirements.

Who you’ll be

You’ll be an experienced B2B sales professional with a demonstrated successful track record in field sales. You’ll be confident in product sales and have excellent communication and customer-relationship skills. You’ll have the necessary self-motivation, tenacity and perseverance to succeed in sales. You’ll have the aptitude to learn the relatively technical aspects of our products. You’ll have a consultative, solution selling style that builds trust and long-term relationships, rather than just pushing product.

Desirable but not essential experience:

· Electronics background

· Experience of selling into quarries, manufacturing and/or engineering sectors

· Experience of using a CRM (e.g. Hubspot)

What we’re offering

· €47-53k base salary plus commission and bonuses. OTE of c.60-65k

This role is ‘on the road’ with approx. 1 day per week at Cookstown HQ in N.Ireland. Initial induction and training at Cookstown HQ.

Pay: €47,000.00-€53,000.00 per year
