Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Physical Security Technology Analyst I (L1) to join our Global Command Centre team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in physical security technology, security operations, and enterprise security systems administration. You will support global physical security operations by managing security technology requests, troubleshooting system issues, supporting access control and video management platforms, and coordinating with security teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Working alongside experienced security professionals, you will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading physical security systems including LenelS2, AMAG, and integrated security platforms while supporting a global security programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for security-related work orders and requests.
  • Respond to help desk calls and emails, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Log, track, prioritise, and manage incidents within the work order management system.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of physical security technology issues.
  • Support access control, video management, and integrated security systems.
  • Escalate security intelligence and operational concerns to leadership when required.
  • Support travel security monitoring and employee notification activities.
  • Collaborate with Physical Security and Security Technology teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Assist senior analysts with ticket management and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in physical security technology, security operations, IT support, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting integrated physical security systems.
  • Knowledge of access control and video management platforms.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and incident management systems.
  • Experience within a GSOC, SOC, or Security Command Centre environment.
  • Exposure to LenelS2, AMAG, Genetec, Milestone, or similar platforms.

Certification Requirements

Successful candidates will be expected to achieve company-sponsored LenelS2 and AMAG certifications within their first year of employment.

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
