Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our clients' IT systems. This role requires extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for IT systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system checks.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Develop and implement best practices for field service operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, CompTIA or similar certifications, or relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software. eg. M365, Hyper-V etc.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
