Fire & Security Technician / Apprentice

Everest Tech is currently hiring for a Fire & Security Engineer / Technician, with opportunities for junior candidates and apprentices to join and grow within our team based in Tralee, Co. Kerry

Role Overview

This role involves a mix of installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding across a range of systems. Depending on experience, the successful candidate will also assist with commissioning and may take on responsibility for overseeing installations and small projects.

Junior candidates will receive on-the-job training and support from experienced team members.

Key Duties

  • Assist with and carry out installation of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
  • Help diagnose and repair faults
  • Carry out routine maintenance and service visits
  • Assist with system commissioning and upgrades

Requirements

  • Full clean driver’s licence

Desirable

  • Experience in fire and/or security systems
  • Background in Electrical or telecoms industry
