Role Description:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Success team in Dublin. This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technical projects across a growing portfolio of enterprise and international clients.
You’ll work closely with engineering and service teams, own project governance, and act as the primary point of contact for technical stakeholders. This role is central to how Endeavour delivers on its commitments to key accounts.
This is an ideal opportunity for a technically grounded PM who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and wants real ownership from day one. The successful candidate will be supported through an initial structured mentorship period before taking on full independence.
Responsibilities
- Project Manage delivery of technical projects across multiple client accounts, monitoring scope, timelines, and budgets are met
- Ensure alignment and coordination of engineering and service resources across concurrent projects, utilizing existing Agile methodologies and frameworks to drive delivery
- Work closely with the value delivery director and serve as a triage point of contact for technical clients, ideally establishing peer relationships on client side.
- Deliver regular project status updates, readouts, and executive-level reporting across internal and client stakeholders
- Capture and maintain accurate project metrics, dashboards, and governance documentation
- Identify, log, and actively manage project risks and issues, escalating appropriately to senior leadership
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices, sharing lessons learned across the team
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a technical or software development environment
- Strong foundational understanding of software development processes and technical delivery
- Demonstrable experience applying Agile/Scrum methodologies in a real project context
- Mastery of Jira for project tracking, sprint planning, and reporting
- Excellent command of English – written, spoken, and in professional client-facing contexts (essential)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bonus Skills
- Conversational or professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Experience in telecoms, IoT, or adjacent technology sectors
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in project or operational workflows
- Prior client-facing or account management experience in a professional services environment
