About Us
Deco Designs is one of Ireland's leading premium carpet and flooring specialists, working with homeowners, interior designers, architects and trade professionals.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised Sales & Administration Coordinator to become a key member of our team and support the day-to-day running of the business.
The Role
You'll become the central point of communication between customers, suppliers and our internal team, helping ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
You'll be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including customer service, quotations, administration and commercial support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into our showroom and provide professional assistance.
- Handle incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
- Coordinate samples and product information.
- Manage customer records using our CRM and Monday.com.
- Raise invoices and support payment collection.
- Assist with supplier orders and purchase administration.
- Check supplier invoices and pricing accuracy.
- Support the Managing Director with commercial administration.
- Maintain accurate documentation and business records.
- Help improve systems and processes as the business grows.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently.
You'll likely have experience in roles such as:

Ideal Skills
