Full job description
Assistant Bar Manager required for tourist orientated Traditional Irish Bar in Temple Bar. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. Successful candidate will work closely with the owner in the operation and management of a busy bar with an extensive food offering. The Oliver St. John Gogarty recently won Best Gastro Pub in Ireland Award and a high level of commitment and experience as regards bar food is also required in addition to bar knowledge.
LIVING ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE FOR SUITABLE CANDIDATE.
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Have at least 3-4 years food and beverage management experience in a busy establishment.
- Have worked in a tourist orientated bar/restaurant environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food and related standards.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to manage individuals with a range of nationalities.
- Ability to train, lead and inspire a team.
- Adhere to the highest level of customer service and provide customers with a memorable experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English and legally entitled to work in Ireland.
- Be available to work weekends and late nights on a continuous basis.

Pay: €20.00-€25.00 per hour
