The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the Supermac's restaurant, ensuring exceptional standards in customer service, food quality, team performance and profitability.

Working closely with the Site Management team, you will lead and inspire your team while ensuring operational standards, compliance and commercial targets are consistently achieved.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively at all times.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience.
  • Manage staffing levels, rostering and labour costs.
  • Coach, train and support team members to ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety and operational standards.
  • Monitor sales, margins and key performance indicators, proactively addressing opportunities and challenges.
  • Control stock levels, ordering processes and waste management.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food quality and presentation.
  • Identify innovative ideas and initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable goals that inspire and motivate the team.


What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' management experience within a fast-paced food service, hospitality, retail or quick-service restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • A hands-on management style with the ability to lead from the front.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for service excellence.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, high energy and a drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while effectively leading a team.
