Pastry Chef

We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Pastry Chef to join a stunning Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Dublin. As Pastry Chef, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a talented team delivering an exceptional seasonal tasting menu, with real focus on creativity, quality and attention to detail.

The Place
A modern Michelin-starred restaurant located in the heart of Dublin city centre, offering a 13-course seasonal tasting menu alongside carefully selected wine and non-alcoholic pairings.
The menu changes approximately every eight weeks, giving the kitchen team the opportunity to work creatively with seasonal produce and develop new dishes. Guests can also dine at the chef's counter, giving them a close-up view of the kitchen and the team in action.

The Person
The Successful Pastry Chef will have the following:
  • At least two years' professional kitchen experience, ideally within a Michelin-starred or similar fine-dining environment
  • Strong pastry skills and an excellent understanding of classic techniques
  • A genuine passion for food and pastry
  • Outstanding attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong communication skills and a positive approach
  • A dedicated and reliable team player with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent understanding of food safety standards
  • Flexibility to work Tuesday to Saturday
  • Located in Dublin or willing to relocate
