We are hiring! Join our team in Dungloe!

Are you friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in the Dungloe area.

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our shop floor, helping customers find exactly what they need while supporting the smooth, daily running of the pharmacy.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Customer Care: Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide prompt, helpful information on the shop floor.
  • Expert Advice: Sell and advise on a fantastic range of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, complimentary remedies, and beauty/grooming products.
  • Anticipate Needs: Go the extra mile by recommending complementary products that genuinely add value to our customers' healthcare or beauty routines.
  • Stock Management: Keep the pharmacy looking its best through merchandising, pricing, ordering, and general administrative duties.
  • Team Support: Maintain clean, tidy work areas and collaborate with the pharmacy team to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • An approachable, friendly, and professional individual with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a true team-player mindset.
  • Honesty, integrity, and a strict respect for customer confidentiality.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure.
  • Experience in a community pharmacy or retail environment is a plus, but not essential—we value the right attitude!
