About the Role

As Team Leader you'll support the Service Manager with operational leadership, people development, quality assurance and service delivery while remaining actively involved in frontline supports.

You'll play a key role in developing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring outstanding person-centred services.

Responsibilities

· Supervise, motivate and mentor staff

· Deliver induction and coaching

· Support recruitment

· Complete audits

· Manage incidents and safeguarding

· Support rostering and payroll

· QQI Level 5

· 3+ years' experience
