About Us
RóCo is a local café serving specialty coffee and wholesome, homemade food. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere — not just for our customers, but within our team too.

We’re open seven days a week, with consistent daytime hours, and we’re passionate about making great food while keeping our café a friendly and enjoyable place to work.

  • HACCP trained

Your Role Will Include

  • Cooking meats and preparing soups, wraps and sandwiches
  • Baking muffins, banana bread, brownies and other homemade treats
  • Preparing our signature pork sausage rolls
  • Developing and refining recipes and seasonal specials
  • Ensuring the café is fully stocked and ready for service throughout the day
  • Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and completing HACCP records
  • Managing stock levels and placing orders
  • Taking and fulfilling wholesale orders
  • Helping to maintain the high standards and quality that RóCo is known for

What We Offer

  • Monday-to-Friday daytime hours
  • A close-knit and supportive team
  • Additional leave
  • A creative and open environment where your ideas are genuinely valued
  • The opportunity to develop, innovate and grow with us
  • The chance to have a real influence on our food offering and menu
