Are you a passionate and creative cook or baker looking for a role where you can truly make an impact?
We’re looking for someone with vision, initiative and a love of working with fresh, quality ingredients. If you’re excited by the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop our food offering and grow with a small, independent café, we’d love to hear from you!
About Us
RóCo is a local café serving specialty coffee and wholesome, homemade food. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere — not just for our customers, but within our team too.
We’re open seven days a week, with consistent daytime hours, and we’re passionate about making great food while keeping our café a friendly and enjoyable place to work.

- HACCP trained
Your Role Will Include
- Cooking meats and preparing soups, wraps and sandwiches
- Baking muffins, banana bread, brownies and other homemade treats
- Preparing our signature pork sausage rolls
- Developing and refining recipes and seasonal specials
- Ensuring the café is fully stocked and ready for service throughout the day
- Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and completing HACCP records
- Managing stock levels and placing orders
- Taking and fulfilling wholesale orders
- Helping to maintain the high standards and quality that RóCo is known for
What We Offer
- Monday-to-Friday daytime hours
- A close-knit and supportive team
