Full job description

The Ashdown Park Hotel are seeking a Full Time receptionist to join our team. The main role would be answering the telephone, taking and confirming reservations and checking guests in and out of the hotel. Assisting with general administration duties. The position will require shift work 7am - 3pm and 2.30pm -11pm and also including weekends.

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet and welcome our guests to the Hotel.

Take and confirming reservations with our guests

Checking guests in and out using our hotel software and taking payment.

Cash reconcile.

Updating booking extranets.

General admin duties.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in Hotsoft and advantage but not essential

Excellent customer care skills.

Be able to work on your own initiative.

Excellent communication skills.

Be able to work well under pressure

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.15-€14.20 per hour
