  • Working to maintain a high level of customer service and managing the day to day running of a busy office
  • Responsible for answering customer queries via phone and email
  • Dealing with queries relating to products and services
  • Liaising with sales and service staff
  • Arranging delivery of orders throughout Ireland
  • Placing stock orders with suppliers
  • Processing payment for orders and services
  • Arranging finance for our customers with various financial institutions
  • Maintaining customer accounts, issuing invoices, credit notes and statements via Thesaurus Software package
  • Managing payroll, VAT returns and year end accounts
  • Processing HMRC returns
  • General Ad Hoc duties
