As part of our growing Digital Transformation Team here at TLI Group, we are currently recruiting for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

The successful candidate will be based in either Dublin or Kerry.

The Senior HRIS Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and optimisation of the new and enhanced systems across the Group, working closely with HR & Training, Payroll, and Technology to understand key business requirements and to deliver accordingly, maximising their effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively explore, evaluate, design, and configure new features and functionalities of modules within our HRIS Sage People and other associated systems such as NetSuite ERP, Timesheets, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, build, implement and effectively train users on the new Learning Management System.
  • Develop and maintain strict data integrity and quality auditing procedures and proactively review inefficiencies in processes and present proposals for improvement.
  • Develop, create, and maintain Sage People & LMS reports (advanced, matrix, composite) utilizing Salesforce Report Writer.
  • Create functional documentation and develop database standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders such as HR, Training, Recruitment, Technology Finance, and external consultants to provide solutions and support for requests for enhancements, integrations, defects, and new functionality.
  • Responsible for day-to-day end-user support in allocated modules; proactively managing and responding to Tier 2/Tier3 level requests.
  • Maintaining change log and design documentation to reflect any changes made to business processes or design post-implementation.
  • Facilitating training and management of groupwide training plans as required.
  • Participates in Sage People's bi-annual releases; performs fit and gap analysis on processes and upcoming features that impact the overarching structure of our Sage People ecosystem.
  • Building integrations and developing calculated fields, conditional routing/workflows and business processes that support the requirements outlined.
  • Project administration duties as required, preparing reports and costings.
  • Support the HR department in all related activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree or master’s in business information systems, Human Resources or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Systems, e.g., Sage People, Workday, SAP.
  • Strong technical aptitude for HR systems functionality, analytical, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely high level of accuracy & attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team environment & to work with multiple divisions across TLI Group.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to all levels of the organisation.
  • Impeccable attention to detail to help maintain our HCM and LMS architecture, processes, security, and data integrity.
  • Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing and competing priorities and timelines
