Over the past number of years, we have experienced substantial growth, including the opening of brand-new offices in Longford Town, Carrick on Shannon and Sligo. Due to this continued growth, we are now recruiting for the position of Trainee Financial Advisor and also for the position of Qualified Financial Advisor for our Tipperary office

The Role

As a Financial Advisor with Actual Insurances, you will play a key role in delivering trusted advice and exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of professional customer service
  • Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand client needs and financial objectives
  • Recommend and sell suitable financial and insurance products
  • Work towards and exceed individual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM and administration systems
  • Ensure all activity is carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements

Salary & Package

  • Basic Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped Commission
  • OTE €70,000+, with top performers earning up to €150,000
  • Pension contributions to company scheme

Hybrid working available once fully trained and qualified.
