Join the Team at Haru Toast

Haru Toast is a brand-new Korean-inspired eatery bringing the vibrant café culture of Seoul to the heart of Dublin. Inspired by the creative streets of Seongsu-dong, we're creating more than just a restaurant—we're building a welcoming, modern workplace where great food, quality, and teamwork come first.

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef to join us from the very beginning. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to help shape a new concept, grow with the business, and have a real impact on our menu and kitchen culture.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and cooking our signature Korean-inspired menu to a consistently high standard.

Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation, and portion control.

Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently during busy service.

Following all HACCP and food safety procedures.

Managing stock, reducing waste, and assisting with ordering.

Working closely with the management team to develop new menu ideas and seasonal specials.

Helping train and support junior kitchen staff as the team grows.

Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and well maintained.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a chef or cook in a busy kitchen.

A passion for fresh food and attention to detail.

Ability to work calmly under pressure.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

A positive attitude and team-first mindset.

Food safety knowledge (HACCP certification is an advantage).

An interest in Korean cuisine is welcomed, but full training will be provided.

Why Join Haru Toast?

Be part of an exciting new restaurant from day one.

Opportunity to grow into a senior role as the business expands.

Staff meals provided during shifts.

Supportive and respectful working environment.

Work with modern equipment in a brand-new kitchen.

Opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the future of the business.

Employee discounts and tips shared.

At Haru Toast, we believe the best food comes from happy, motivated people. We're building a workplace where everyone is valued, respected, and encouraged to develop their skills. If you're passionate about creating exceptional food and want to be part of something exciting from the very beginning, we'd love to hear from you.
